1. About These Terms

These terms govern your use of tanuzeh.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products and Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Because our prints are produced in small runs, colour may vary slightly between batches and from what you see on screen.

3. Orders

An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and we have sent a confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if the item is out of stock or if we identify a pricing error.

4. Shipping and Returns

Delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, prints, photography and text on this site belong to Tanuzeh. You may not reproduce, distribute or use them commercially without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
